The Beontag Viking Wirepas is a Bluetooth Low Energy beacon that utilizes the unique Wirepas Massive protocol and software stack. It is designed for asset tracking and IoT applications in large-scale environments. With its easily scalable and large coverage capabilities, the Beontag Viking Wirepas tags can efficiently route data between devices and the back-end system. This battery-powered device features a Nordic Semiconductor NRF52832 SOC, built-in temperature sensor, and optional accelerometer. It has a read range of up to 100 meters and is powered by two CR2477 coin batteries. The Beontag Viking Wirepas can be attached to any surface and is housed in a high-quality PC/ASA enclosure with IP69K protection. It operates in a wide temperature range of -20degree C to +60degree C and is resistant to vibration, shock, and various chemicals.
