The iDTRONIC HF | NFC Embedded Module M900 is a high-performance RFID reader series that is perfect for SMD production due to its tiny size and single-face layout. It utilizes cutting-edge microcontroller and HF transceiver technology, allowing users to read and write almost any 13.56 MHz transponders. With support for common RFID standards such as ISO 14443A/B, ISO 15693, ISO 18000-3, and ISO 18092/ECMA-340 (NFC), this module offers versatility and compatibility.
It features one external antenna port and achieves reading ranges of up to 10 cm. The M900 has a TTL interface and consumes less than 1 mA in low power mode. It can be delivered on a Tape & Reel roll for SMD mass production. The module comes with a useful SDK for easy development of applications on various platforms.
