The identiFUEL Vehicle Tags are passive LF RFID tags specifically designed for unique vehicle identification and the necessary fuel type. These tags are maintenance-free and come in various form factors to cater to different vehicle models. They are intended to be mounted near industrial vehicle fuel inlets and wirelessly communicate with a Fuel Management System (FMS) to relay the vehicle’s unique ID and required fuel type. The tags are programmed to store vehicle fuel requirements to prevent fuel contamination incidents, such as mixing petrol with diesel. Additionally, they are water and fuel-proof, ensuring durability in typical conditions when mounted on consumer and commercial fleet or construction vehicles.
