SIVA – Ferro MoM 10024 FCC RAIN RFID On-Metal Label
The SIVA Ferro MoM 10024 FCC is a slim-profile RAIN RFID on-metal UHF label operating at FCC 902–928 MHz on the NXP UCODE 9xe IC with 128-bit EPC and 96-bit TID memory, delivering 5.5 m / 18 ft read range on metal and verified read performance across five additional surface types including wood, liquid containers, plastic, and glass. Its slim 100 x 24 mm footprint makes it suited to narrow asset surfaces such as pipes, conduit, shelving rails, equipment frames, and racking uprights in North American warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and industrial yards where standard square on-metal labels do not fit cleanly.
At 1.39 mm thick on a printable white PET face with high-performance adhesive bonding to all surfaces, the MoM 10024 FCC applies to flat and curved surfaces with a minimum bending diameter of 100 mm. Spacer labels are included for print head protection and ribbon stability. It is compatible with Zebra ZT411 On-Metal, SATO CL4NX Plus, and Printronix T6000e series printers for on-demand encoding and printing in a single thermal transfer pass. Surface must be clean and dry before application; typical cleaning solvents are heptane or acetone for oily surfaces and isopropyl alcohol for plastics.
Each reel ships 500 100%-tested labels, packaged 500 pcs per box and 4 boxes per carton, under part number RF.LM.10024.F.U9xe. Customer-specific EPC encoding, black custom artwork, and colour artwork with transparent over-lamination (MOQ 10,000 units) are available on request. The MoM 10024 FCC is RAIN RFID Alliance certified, RoHS compliant, CE marked, and UKCA certified.
