The Beontag Ironside Plate is a robust RAIN RFID tag designed for challenging environments. It features durable visual marking and excellent performance. This passive UHF RFID transponder operates on the EPCGlobal Class1 Gen2 ISO 18000inches6C air interface protocol. With a global operational frequency range of 865 inch928 MHz, it offers reliable tracking and identification capabilities. The tag has a memory configuration of EPC 128 bit and TID 96 bit, with a unique 96-bit EPC in every tag. It has a read range of up to 10 meters on metal and up to 7 meters on plastic surfaces. The tag is optimized for metal but can be used on any surface. It can be attached to curved surfaces using the provided installation instructions. With its top surface made of aluminum with antiinchescorrosion coating and a stainless steel backside, the tag is highly durable.
It weighs 68 grams and comes in a delivery format of 80 tags in a box. The tag dimensions are 108 x 50.8 x 3.7 mm, with a thickness of 4.5 ± 0.3 mm with adhesive. The Beontag Ironside Plate is resistant to a wide range of environmental conditions, including operating temperatures from -35degree C to +85degree C, peak temperature of +130degree C for 10 minutes, and water resistance up to 1 meter deep for 5 hours (IP68). It also tolerates industrial washing with standard solvents and has no physical or performance changes when exposed to motor oil, salt water, sulfuric acid, and sodium hydroxide. The tag has a storage life of 1 year in +20degree C / 50% RH conditions. With options for personalization, such as pre-encoding and laser engraving, the Beontag Ironside Plate offers a versatile solution for various tracking and identification needs.
