Beontag – Ironside Slim
The Beontag Ironside Slim is a versatile and durable tag designed for global asset tracking applications. With its excellent performance, this tag is ideal for use in various industries. It operates on the RAIN RFID / EPCglobal Gen2v2 standard at a global frequency range of 865-928MHz. The tag offers multiple IC options and memory configurations, including Impinj M780, Impinj Monza 4E, and Alien Higgs 9. It has a unique number encoded as a default in its EPC memory content. The read range of the tag varies depending on the IC option, with M780 offering up to 17m on metal and 6m off metal, M4E offering up to 10m on metal and 4m off metal, and H9 offering up to 10m on metal and 4m off metal.
The tag is designed to work on any material, but it performs best on metal surfaces. It is made of high-quality engineering plastics, weighs 15.5g, and has dimensions of 85 x 21 x 10 mm. The tag is resistant to a wide range of environmental conditions, with an operating temperature range of -35degree C to +85degree C and an IP68 classification. It can withstand exposure to motor oil, saltwater, sulfuric acid, and NaOH. The expected lifetime of the tag is years under normal operating conditions.
