SIVA – EndurWave Pro 4515 UNI Series RAIN RFID Label

The SIVA EndurWave Pro 4515 is a microwave-resistant, washable RAIN RFID label engineered specifically for returnable and reusable food packaging applications where standard RFID labels would fail. Built on the Impinj M830 IC and operating globally at 865–928 MHz, it reads up to 17 m / 55.77 ft on plastic containers and withstands 50 wash cycles with detergents at water temperatures between 55°C and 75°C, plus 50 microwave cycles at up to 1800W. Its IP68 rating and operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C make it suitable for cold chain environments, blast freezing, and hot food service cycles within the same label lifecycle.

The EndurWave Pro 4515 applies to plastic, glass, and ceramic food containers using a high-performance permanent adhesive, with a minimum bending diameter of 50 mm allowing application to curved container surfaces. At 45 x 15 x 0.2 mm on a printable white PET face material, it is compatible with 4-inch and 6-inch industrial thermal transfer UHF printers including Zebra ZT400 series, SATO CL4NX series, and Printronix T6000 series, enabling on-demand encoding and printing of logos, text, numbers, and barcodes in a single pass.

Each reel contains 2,000 good labels with defective labels marked for easy identification, packaged 2,000 pcs per box and 4 boxes per carton. Customer-specific EPC pre-encoding and custom printed artwork are available on request. The EndurWave Pro 4515 is RAIN RFID Alliance certified, CE marked, and UKCA certified, and is supplied under part number RF.EWP.4515.M830.

Benefits

Survives the Microwave and the Dishwasher

Validated to 50 microwave cycles at 1800W and 50 wash cycles at up to 75°C, the EndurWave Pro 4515 stays encoded and readable through the full reuse lifecycle of food containers without tag replacement.

Tracks Containers From Freezer to Oven

An operating range of -40°C to +85°C covers blast freezing, refrigerated storage, and hot food service in a single label, eliminating the need for separate tags at different points in the cold-to-hot supply chain.

Prints and Encodes on Existing Printer Hardware

Compatibility with Zebra ZT400, SATO CL4NX, and Printronix T6000 printers means operations encode and print custom labels using equipment already in the facility, with no dedicated RFID printer investment required.
