The SIVA Ferro MoM 8035 ETSI is a RAIN RFID on-metal UHF label delivering 8.2 m / 26.9 ft read range directly on metal surfaces, with reliable performance also on plastic and liquid containers. Operating on the ETSI 865–868 MHz band and built on the NXP UCODE 9xe IC with 128-bit EPC and 96-bit TID memory, it is the European-market version of the MoM 8035 series, designed for industrial asset tracking, equipment identification, and inventory management in environments where labels must survive oil, salt water, and chemical exposure while remaining readable across a full bay or aisle.
At 80 x 35 x 1.39 mm with a large printable white PET face, the MoM 8035 ETSI provides significantly more print area than narrow on-metal labels, supporting full custom artwork, barcodes, text, and numbering in a single thermal transfer pass. Colour artwork with transparent over-lamination is available for orders of 10,000 units or more. The label is 100% performance checked before shipment, with 500 good labels per reel and spacer labels included for print head protection and ribbon stability.
IP68 rated and tested for 5 hours at 1 m depth, the MoM 8035 ETSI withstands 168 hours of salt water and motor oil exposure and 12 hours of NaOH exposure without physical or performance degradation, making it suited to manufacturing floors, outdoor yards, chemical processing environments, and wet facilities operating under European ETSI frequency regulations. It applies to flat and curved surfaces with a minimum bending diameter of 100 mm, and is printer-compatible with Zebra ZT411 On-Metal, SATO CL4NX Plus, and Printronix T6000e series printers.
