SIVA Rhino HT-HTP 7525 Xtreme ETSI RAIN RFID Hard Tag

The SIVA Rhino HT-HTP 7525 Xtreme ETSI is a hermetically sealed RAIN RFID hard tag built from PEEK (polyether ether ketone) engineering polymer, designed for asset tracking in extreme industrial environments requiring resistance to high-temperature heating cycles, aggressive chemicals, and prolonged submersion. Operating at ETSI 865–868 MHz on the Alien Higgs 9 IC with 496-bit EPC, 48-bit TID, and 688-bit user memory, it delivers 8 m / 26.24 ft read range on metal under ETSI power limits, and is rated for continuous peak temperatures of +280°C / +482°F with a one-hour tolerance up to +300°C / +572°F, making it suited for autoclave sterilisation, industrial ovens, powder coating lines, heat treatment processes, and oil and gas environments.

The tag withstands the full pH0 to pH14 chemical spectrum with no physical or performance changes after 72 hours in hydrochloric acid (10%), sulfuric acid (10%), and sodium hydroxide (5%), and 168 hours in ethanol, acetone, and motor oil. Its IP68 rating is verified at 1 m depth for 5 hours. At 75 x 25 x 8.5 mm and 34 g with pre-moulded 3.5 mm holes, the HT-HTP 7525 Xtreme mounts using M3 screws or 3 mm pop rivets directly to metal surfaces, with flush contact required for optimal read performance. Vibration resistance is validated to JESD22-B103B service condition 2 on the z-axis. Each box contains 100 100%-tested tags, packaged 5 boxes per carton, under part number RF.HT.7525X.E.H9. Customer-specific EPC and user memory pre-encoding are available on request.

Benefits

Survives Repeated 280°C Heating Cycles Without Tag Replacement

The PEEK housing and hermetic seal allow the HT-HTP 7525 Xtreme to stay mounted on metal parts through powder coating ovens, heat treatment furnaces, and autoclave sterilisation cycles repeatedly, eliminating the cost and labour of removing and re-applying tags before each process run.

Tracks Assets Through the Full pH0 to pH14 Chemical Range

Validated against hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, acetone, ethanol, and motor oil with no physical or performance degradation, this tag remains readable on metal parts moving through chemical treatment baths, plating lines, and industrial cleaning processes where standard tags dissolve or delaminate.

Large User Memory Stores Process Data On the Tag

With 688 bits of user memory on the Alien Higgs 9 IC, the HT-HTP 7525 Xtreme stores batch numbers, process cycle counts, maintenance records, or inspection dates directly on the tag, making the asset self-documenting without relying on a database lookup at every read point.
