Times-7 – A6020 Conveyor Belt Portal System
The Times-7 A6020 Conveyor Belt Portal System is a next-generation UHF RFID portal engineered specifically for conveyor belt–based identification applications. Designed to integrate easily into existing conveyor infrastructure, the A6020 combines an ultra-low-profile underbelt antenna with three low-profile portal antennas positioned at the sides and top of the conveyor to create a highly focused and balanced RFID read zone.
This configuration enables extremely accurate detection of RFID tags located directly on or very close to the conveyor belt. The system achieves industry-leading read and assignment rates of 99.5% or higher, making it ideal for high-throughput environments where accuracy is critical.
The A6020 is particularly well suited for airport baggage handling systems, but its modular design and flexible mounting options also make it an excellent solution for logistics hubs, distribution centers, and industrial conveyor applications that require a high-performance, cost-effective RFID portal.
