The Beontag ESD On Metal Label is a high-performance UHF RFID label optimized for ESD plastics. It is designed to be attached to various surfaces, including curved surfaces, and offers excellent performance and durability. With an operational frequency range of ETSI 865 – 869 MHz and FCC 902 – 928 MHz, this label is compatible with UHF RFID / EPCglobal Gen2v2 devices. The label features Impinj Monza 4E IC type and has a memory configuration of EPC 496 bit, User 128 bit, and TID 96 bit. It is suitable for use on all surfaces, but it is specifically optimized for ESD plastics. The Beontag ESD On Metal Label offers a read range of up to 9m / 30ft on metal surfaces, 7m / 23ft on ESD plastics, 4m / 13ft on plastic surfaces, and 5m / 16ft on liquid containers. With its white PET surface and high tack adhesive, this label provides excellent printability and adhesion to all surfaces. It weighs only5g and comes in a delivery format of 300 good labels on a reel.
The Beontag ESD On Metal Label is resistant to a wide range of environmental conditions, including operating temperatures from -35degree C to +85degree C, peak temperature of +110degree C for 10 minutes, and water resistance up to 1m deep for 5 hours. It also exhibits excellent resistance to chemicals such as sulfuric acid, motor oil, saltwater, and NaOH. This label has a storage life of 1 year in +20degree C / 50% RH conditions. It is compatible with various printers, including Zebra, Sato, and Printronix models.
