SIVA – Ferro MoM 6024 ESD ETSI RAIN RFID On-Metal Label

The SIVA Ferro MoM HTP 6024 ETSI is a high-temperature resistant RAIN RFID on-metal UHF label designed for tracking metal assets that pass through repeated high-temperature process cycles including paint cure ovens, powder coating, heat treatment, and industrial sterilisation in European facilities operating under ETSI 865–868 MHz frequency regulations. Built on the NXP UCODE 9xm IC with 496-bit EPC, 96-bit TID, and 752-bit user memory, it delivers 4 m / 13.12 ft read range on metal under ETSI power limits and withstands short-term peak temperatures of +230°C / +446°F for 30 minutes across 3 cycles, and long-term continuous operation at +150°C / +302°F.

What distinguishes the MoM HTP 6024 ETSI from standard on-metal labels is its high-temperature resistant printable white film face, replacing standard PET with a material capable of surviving repeated thermal cycling without delaminating, discolouring, or losing adhesion to the metal surface. At 60 x 24 x 1.39 mm with high-performance adhesive and spacer labels included for print head protection, it is compatible with Zebra ZT411 On-Metal, SATO CL4NX Plus, and Printronix T6000e printers. It applies to flat and curved surfaces with a minimum bending diameter of 100 mm, with spacer labels peeled from both sides before applying the RFID label to the asset. IP68 rated at 1 m for 5 hours, it also withstands 168 hours each in salt water, motor oil, and sulfuric acid (10%) without physical or performance changes. Peeling Instructions

  • First peel and remove spacer labels from both sides of the RFID label
  • After removing spacer labels, peel the actual RFID label and apply it to the asset
