SIVA – Ferro MoM 6024 ESD FCC RAIN RFID On-Metal Label
The SIVA Ferro MoM 6024 ESD FCC is a RAIN RFID on-metal UHF label purpose-built for tracking assets housed in electrostatic discharge (ESD) protective plastic containers, while also delivering reliable performance on metal, standard plastic, and liquid containers. Operating at FCC 902–928 MHz on the NXP UCODE 9xe IC with 128-bit EPC and 96-bit TID memory, it reads up to 6 m / 19.68 ft on metal, 5 m / 16.4 ft on ESD plastic, 5.5 m / 18.04 ft on liquid containers, and 3 m / 9.84 ft on standard plastic, making it suited for electronics manufacturing, semiconductor handling, PCB storage, and warehouse environments where ESD-safe containers are standard.
At 60 x 24 x 1.39 mm with a printable white PET face and high-performance adhesive formulated for excellent bonding to ESD plastic surfaces, the MoM 6024 ESD applies to flat and curved surfaces with a minimum bending diameter of 100 mm. Spacer labels are included for print head protection and ribbon stability. Each reel contains 500 100%-tested labels, packaged 500 pcs per box and 4 boxes per carton. IP68 rated and tested for 5 hours at 1 m depth, it withstands 168 hours of salt water, motor oil, and sulfuric acid (10%) exposure, and 12 hours of NaOH (10%) exposure without physical or performance changes. It is printer-compatible with Zebra ZT411 On-Metal, SATO CL4NX Plus, and Printronix T6000e series. Customer-specific EPC encoding, black custom artwork, and colour artwork with transparent over-lamination (MOQ 10,000 units) are available on request under part number RF.LM.ESD.6024.F.U9xe.
